I read this book over the course of this summer. This book even went to Vietnam with me!!!I love this book! I never realized what really has happened in Cuba over the years! The story is about this lady's (Mirta) exodus from Cuba with her family back in 1980. It talks about her life, before, after and during, and also goes into detail about the historical events and leaders bedhind the events.
I highly recommend this book!
